What is SEO?

  • SEO stands for "Search Engine Optimization". It's a way to increase both the quality and quantity of website traffic and brand awareness through free (aka "organic") search engine results.
  • Despite the acronym, SEO is about people as much as the search engine itself. It's about understanding the kind. They want to consume.
  • If you are a website developer, SEO (SEO) is an important topic to analyze. Refers to the overall performance of a website or blog when searching for results from SERPs.
